Fresh, ethical, and full of flavour – that’s the Honeymans way.
Honeymans was born in January 2020. In July 2022, we moved to our current home in Bowburn, just off the A1M at Junction 61, and officially opened our doors in January 2023.
Since then, we’ve been steadily growing, our offering of wholesome non ultra processed food and freshly baked breads, using locally sourced organic heritage flours. Our menu changes regularly, inspired by local, seasonal, and international flavours — and guided by what our customers love. We’ve added outdoor seating, invested in a new coffee machine, introduced a cake display fridge and more.
We love growing our own herbs and vegetables and provide a sanctuary for honeybees and other insects.
We serve freshly filtered water and proudly partner with a local coffee roaster and tea blender to bring you the best drinks.

Looking ahead, our biggest project yet will be raising the bay window and building a glass extension, improved toilet facilities and bakery. This will create a brighter, more flexible social space, while also improving accessibility for wheelchairs, prams, and deliveries.
